Help!

Got hit by some kind of fucking virus... why norton didn't pick it up I dunno, it has rest my home page, it is using all my bandwidth and the computer is going hardout doing somthing!! Norton is now fucked, alot of things are totally fuck.. I can't be FUCKED formatting!! jezus christ, any ideas?
Windows 2000, looking for shit in the task manager and see if I can see anything dodgy in the startup but can't see anything.. FUCK!

if you can't remove it and you know the name of the virus

Hmm..
ok.. two basic Ideas that i can think of.
1. Try this program, Really great against Trojan and some Worms.
it called The Cleaner and you can get it at http://www.moosoft.com

2. Your Anti virus might need to be updated or something.
so the thing that i suggest you to do is,
take the ONLINE symantec virus check.
it should Find and Identify the virus.
after you do it. just post again the virus name or looks around the net
for Patchs..

I guess you have that Sircam32 worm,
it is using your conection because it is sending itself to all email adresses it has found in your somputer, and it is also slowing the whole comp down bacause of it.

I had the same problem too.

Should have run in again before I formatted.. I had / have Nimda - http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.nimda.e@mm.removal.tool.html I do have a back up of most stuff on cd.. big thanks to everyone that replyed!! This thing was a bitch!
