hi
what you guys do calculate when you want to purchase a site from a guy who, for example, had enogh with the porn biz and want out?
What is the methodology of calculating a price of a site when someone sells it and you want to buy it?
Peace and have a good day
your monthly revenue * 3 months.

I would say 3 month is good for a paysite
+ content etc
a free site I wouldnt pay more than 2 month + contents
but than again I never baught a site, but 3 month is a little much for a free site

There's a big difference between how much it makes, and how long it will make that money for.
A circle jerk site would be about 3 months in revenue.
A tgp with established bookmarkers whould be closer to 6 months.
And a pay site, depending on many things, closer to a year.
You'd also have to look into how much the site actually makes as well.

Correct. Maybe on a pay site you are overestimated a little, but i think buying a tgp will be revenues * 6 monts.

I meant to end my post with the amount it makes, same difference.
Selling a site that makes 5k a month is a lot different from a site that makes 250 dollars.
But yeah, I did over estimate the pay site thing a bit http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
But it all depends http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
