Satellite Broadband in the UK

Does anyone use 2-way satellite broadband in the UK. (Kent area)
I have a mate looking for a supplier, any advice/comments will be gratefully received.

I looked at it, and decided against. The throughput's fine, but the roundtrip delay is looooong (a ping has to travel between the earth and the satellite four times) which is pretty awful if you're trying to use telnet, but fine for downloading MP3s. But the one I looked at had a usage cap, which made it pretty useless for that as well.
