Unique site needing traffic

I have a site which is unique. It is promoting travel and an ebook about Thailand. It includes a fully interactive website with BBS and updated with newsletters and the like. Your best bet is going to be to buy it, however on another note, you might invest in a better site design to make surfer's feel a little more confident in what you are selling...
