User agent(s) for Download Accelerator?

Yo guys, what are some of the possible user agents for DAP ? I'm trying to block it from leeching my files.

I got some great list of most other user agents, but so far i couldn't work out to filter DAP as well...

Any suggestions would be much appreciated ! Thanks!

if you mean "Download Accelerator", it is either "DA 5.0" or "DA 4.0" (including that space). I have skimmed through their page, and I was not sure if it works the same way like leeching programs. I haven´t blocked this one yet but it is the most spread "accelerator" according to my server stats.

The second came NetAnt ... do not remember its exact agent name ... fell out of my list of web suckers.

Rest of them are either blocked by me or with penetration measured in percentiles.

Yep, the problem is that the htaccess seems to ignore the DAP 5.0 or 4.0 condition, i'm still able to download the files even if they are blocked... That's why i'm wondering if there is some other specific id for this manager... =)

there might be space parsing error, try adding this line

...
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^DA\ 5.0.* [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^DA\ 4.0.* [OR]
...
