As for the kind people asking questions about the site.
I've been screwed 5 times by people saying

"yes, I want the site, I will pay you this much tomorrow"
tomorrow comes, no contact from them for a while
"yeah I'm gona send out a wire when I get paid on monday."
okay - monday comes
"i need to wait so-and-so until my paycheck clears"
okay- a while later
"dude, i can't buy the site, I don't have the money."

It didn't go EXACTLY like that everytime, but people were serious about wanting the site, but they would decide 2 weeks after they ensure me they will buy it (so I can tell other people that it's been sold) that they don't have the money.

Lol, yep I noticed that at as its misspelled at least a dozen times. This really is a killer deal though as the tour, webmaster page and content are all there for someone wanting to enter the paysite market. I'd probably jump on it, but I just don't like the domain. It's too general and its a .net.

I will take you up on that after I get the site up on my server. Amateur is spelled wrong and free is spelled freee on one page.

Just to clarify, I own www.bootae.com and do design on the side over at www.bootae.com/portfolio. Just me, not three different people. So there's no one else to blame for the spelling errors.
