ANOTHER SCUM COMPANY VERADOX

Veradox as you know has been getting alot of attention lately due to there conversions.. Well this can be explained easily when you look at the facts..

1.They do not use a timer on the UK which is illegal,and breaking ICSTIS rules which monitor lines and take part of the profits therefore enabling to shut them down.

2.They claim ICSTIS is not a Govenment run company,but what you dont know is that they take a cut of the profits ,therefore have every right to shut them down and take there lines away..

3.In Germany they do not have a disclaimer in German and Do not state the price.

4.In Australia they are not compliant with TISC regulations.Another company that monitors things of this nature. There Not stating there is a charge and also not stating that that this is not a free service... Thats a big nono and looking for prosecution.

5. Example Gib and Telcoweb state all numbers and charges in all there dialers.These companies play by the rules and risk less chance of being in illegal havoc.

6 This explains why Veradox dialers convert.They will not have lines soon and basically will be out of business soon..


Please stay away from these dialer companies if you want to be paid.. You are taking major risks of not being Paid..


You will soon see how many of dialer companies have played by the rules. Many companies will go down soon cause they were not granted new lines from other phone companies.especially when these companies who own the lines see that they were doing illegal things..


Hold on tight there is gonna be a huge break up of companies.. Companies who played by the rues are here to stay..

i have never gave them a try , althought many webmasters that are using them showed me their 300+ hold time for calls , because it simply smelled stinky to me .

What is the fucking connection between how much you spend for your own network , and the risk of getting shutted down .
Ask GIB people how much they spend for their network a year ago , and how a little thing called FTC dumped them out of the business for long time .

From what it looks like they are nothing buy greedy people , that are willing to take risks .

Vegemite, Varadox are not ICSTIS compliant (not hard to show, and self confessed), and have never been.

As for german and autralian regulations, i know little, but assume that they would not be compliant with them.

"Adult Detective", whilst doing it in a moronic way, has valid points.

You cite Candid as a man who knows what is what. He'll be the first to confirm that Varadox do not adhere to the regulations, and run risks of losing lines / getting fines (i've read ICSTIS reports where people have been fined over $150,000).

Candid is making sure he plays by the rules, so do Telcoweb and GIB. I believe DialerKing did not, got fined by ICSTIS. They also are now ICSTIS compliant.

There was a lengthly discussion on GFY about this, feel free to go look it up.

I've got an archive of Varadox dialer builds, and i can show you one that hides the "connected to the internet" computers which come on in the taskbar, making it look like you are not online.

Make no mistake friends it is HIGHLY ILLEGAL and these kind of practices are generally used by companies that are around for the shorter term. Let's say Varadox do 1500 calls a day to premium rate numbers. Over the course of a month thats a lot of entries on a lot of people's telephone bills around the world. In the countries mentioned UK GERMANY and USA the consumers are very well educated on complaining. The number/department to complain is generally listed on the same bill as the charge for the PRS call. When you don't play by the rules this factor quickly catches up with you and bites you in the ass. With so many breaches for the European countries and good old AT&T keeping everyone's money I'd give Varadox 6 weeks max. There business model is seriously flawed for a company that plans to stay around.

Its true about the varidox i fuckin downloaded one off a site that spammed me and it was being promoted as free. It had no name no price zip zilch i dont deal in dialers so the only ones i can report are the ones with markings.

Now that i know who it is next time im gonna go after any fuck who submits a gallery with a dialer and says free. If they dont take action i will report them to the FTC and i give props personally to telco because when i find there dialer on a page that says free they always take quick action.

So if you didnt get paid by telco for having free on your site chances are it was me who bitched. :D
