Quick Tip: I make a filtered email account anytime I am required to submit my email address so I can easily keep track of the fuckers who are spamming me, or selling my email address to others. For instance:

pillscash@mydomain.com
amazon@mydomain.com

Of course they all forward to my main email address which is still a spam free virgin account. It only takes a few seconds to do, and they can easily be deleted, unlike my permanent email address :D
