traffic from subdomains to traffic trading scripts

Do trading scripts such as ucj, scorpion, blindio count traffic from subdomains if I signed up under the main domain e.g. is traffic from www.mydomain.com (http://www.mydomain.com) counted the same as mydomain.com, or should I sign up a separate account?

all of them count from the root, so http://pureslut.com would be the same as http://www.pureslut.com but I have been told that it tracks much better if the www. is in there.

so only sign up for one account.

With UCJ-C

mydomain.com = www.mydomain.com (http://www.mydomain.com) ... you should signup as mydomain.com (don't include the extra www)

but is different to

site1.mydomain.com
site2.mydomain.com
site3.mydomain.com

Are all counted as completely different domains.
