Error when submitting

My question is that when I want to post to some tgps I get the message "you're only allowed to post x times a day" http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif. I Know that it means what it says, but I get it from sites where i have never posted before. You guys know what's wrong.

Maybe you are blacklisted? I don't know. What script does the TGP's in question run?

are you posting from a free hoast it maybe
the script limits the number of post by domain if you use a freehost others will have
posted with that domain also
