racksale is down again

My sites that are hosted with racksale are down again for 1 hour+ and they are still down and they had a 30 minutes downtime yesterday.
Why do they have so much downtime?
Why can' t they be a normal host?

a client of mine has put childporn on his account without us knowing it - my provider has shut down my servers. Im working to get it up.

problem is that it seems this guy is from the former eastern europe, so going through the "normal" channels would work here - and i really want to hurt this guy...

But what are you going to do to make this up to us? Your 8+ hours of downtime last week cost me, and you can bet that this "problem" is as well. Once was ok...twice is a bit too much.

You are all lucky, last time my sites was down, it was 4 days before they was online again, as for compensation, they just laughed. The host by the way was buydomains.dk .....

we have no relation to buydomains.dk what so ever - just to set the record straight.

Btw: i found the shithead that put the content online. Seems that I will get nowhere here though.
He signed up with a chinese creditcard, his domain is regged in Italy, and the addy he gave when signing up is from CZ.

I have written all the official channels possible about this, including all the info i have on him.

Originally, I noticed these sites were down 5 minutes after they were down (as i should have). However, going through the normal channels didn't work on this one.

Firstly, when I noticed WHY the sites were down, my reaction was 'Ok, great, call the provider, get the problem solved.'. So , I did that.. Their response was almost sickeningly shocking:

"I'm sorry sir, but you have to mail abuse"... Of course, I mailed abuse (I've STIlL not heard back from them), and kept on the support center, to no avail.

The long and short: Racksale had nothing (nothing) to do with this downtime. The fact that a client had child porn on their sites was just absolutely astounding and sickening (Ithere's some things that are just not cool at all, and that is one of 'em). The way the provider handled the situation was just fucking apalling .

'You have kidde porn on your site, we shut you down, we don't let you know about it, we shut you down immediately, THEN make you wait hours to get back up'

Believe me, this IS twice in two weeks (and I know all about the first one), but nothing could have been done to prevent this incident (it's kinda hard to know what's going through 50+g of space at any given time).

Chalk it up to a REALLY bad bad bad bad provider, one that (hopefully) we will be doing business with for only a short time longer.

As Ditlev, I apologize for the downtime. I know apologies mean nothing (where's the $$$$), but that's all I can offer, personally, just my apologies.

Sorry Racksale I didn't mean it to come over like that, I was actually saying that compared to my host, yours was very good :)
