I dont see a problem in me borrowing some links form you for a few days . Your posters get additional traffic from me linking 'your' galleries. And yes i used some of your linking codes for your benefit. If its a problem i wont borrow from you as fillings anymore.

I don't think they look That similar at all actually.
I mean, it's just one big list of galleries under eachother.
Zillions of site do it like that. And in this case it isn't that he copied a design that takes days and days to create...
Just my view on this

Having somebody use your links, I agree, that's no good.
I bet that you spend a lot of time reviewing those galleries, and it ain't fun to see somebody else just copy your work...

While you cannot copyright words you can copyright a text. I claim no copyright on the individual links but on the link collection as a whole which you stole and reproduced on your site without authorization.

I wont argue the copyright of gallery listing, i used them as fillers.

Buy anyway, as you obviously do not like it i will find other filler galleries + sign up to Russiansubmitter and others of those services. I have used them 2-3 days, dont see the big problem

If anyone has filler galleries i can use, let me know.
I buy quality traffic to make the site grow so you will get good traffic.

I agree with Aheib about the look of the design. That link layout is nothing special or unique. Hell, I guess someone could claim you are copying the hun for having a yellow related background, and for having all the links aligned left like he has. I wouldn't necessarily agree with it, like I don't agree with the current complaint about the design similarity.

I bet that you spend a lot of time reviewing those galleries, and it ain't fun to see somebody else just copy your work

I wouldn't even have brought the design up if he hadn't stolen my gallery links. That just adds to the fact that he is blatantly copying my site.
