I currently use CCBill but notice lately they are scrubbing the hell out of the CCs and Im losing lots of money fast. I heard about this overseas CC processing company called Verotel and was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them and what they are like. i.e. trustworthy and shit like that.

Thanks for your time

i believe you may see less chargebacks if ccbill is more careful... is that possible?

years ago, we used epoch briefly for a paysite. they claim we are STILL receiving chargebacks. we used ccbill for years, and see less chargebacks.

Overseas? isnīt Verotel in San Francisco, CA? They process one site of me, and I canīt complain. Donīt know whether Ibill would be better though. You can upload your own logo to the signup page, process up to $ 75 recurring (Ibill 50, Globill 69) and they pay on time (bi-monthly). Setup is way easier than with Ibill, that is for sure.

Fart,

My understanding is they have an office in San Fran but their corporate HQ is in Amsterdam. My main concern is they told me they process American Express and we all know Amer. Express wont allow online adult transactions anymore. Im wondering if they are a fly by night company trying to get rich quick or if they will be around awhile. I called and was told they have been in business around 3 years but that could mean anything in this business.

I've been using Verotel on a number of sites for several years. Sure, they've have the occational problem - but then which billing company doesn't.

Their control center is much better than ccBill and my charge backs are very low. They pay bi-monthly and only charge 12%...

yes - I would recommend them.
