Personally i would never go with this guy, never heard of him. Does he have any sort of track record with adult sites?

This so called "guy" has 104 posts and hosts many people that visit this board. It's odd that you saw all the rest but did not notice the best,Bill.

I think you should do a traceroute, that probably will tell you a lot...

Thank you for the kind comments.
Much0S, what exactly will the trace route show, that we have a server in someone elses facility? it's not a secret.
We also have servers in facilities owned by NAC, UUNET, LEVEL3, VERIO, VDI and a few others. There are good reasons why we choose to co-locate with some data centers in some cases.Your site (iephosting.net) is on the TrueServer network, so what?

What do you find interesting Bill?
Please send us an email if you would like more details about our services. Our standard dedicated server plans are not managed, meaning you need to manage your server yourself. We can do it for you for an extra charge.

It was not a negative nor a positive comment energy. All I'm saying that ppl should do traceroutes to help them decide where to go.

Ok, if anyone is considering a dedicated server with us then please do a trace route to 157.130.59.78.

Trace route will not tell you if the hosting company is good or not. It will not tell if you if their support is great or if they know what they are doing. Your best bet is to ask other webmasters who use the host. Search this board and you will see many positive comments about Energy Hosting and their level of service.

Traceroute will tell you a lot if you know how to use it.
And yes you are right, support is obviously not shown in a traceroute, on the other hand we're talking of an unmanaged service here, so support is not included anyways.
