First CJ site- Build from scratch or Buy established?

Hi.. <img border="0" alt="[Hi]" title="" src="graemlins/hi.gif" /> I am ready to do my first CJ site however I am not sure if I should start from scratch or buy an established CJ from someone looking to unload a site or two. Do any of you have opinions in regards to this? Pros, Cons?<br /><br />Any input is appreciated. got extra time on your hands and knowledge how to<br />generate traffic = build your own and learn some<br />as you go.<br /><br />dont have time or knowledge = buy premade and hope<br />you can learn how to keep it running good before<br />the bottom falls out of it all and you kick yourself<br />for spending so much on a premade goldmine <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> <br /><br />much more I could say but thats a generic way to<br />look at it I think
