thumbnail post questions

hey, i was thinking of starting a thumbnail post but what scripts would i use for that? and how do i cut up the pictures nicely (like http://smutter.com/) has em? is there like a secret to doing this? or is it done by hand (like photoshop cutting or something)

webmasters submit galleries [and the cropped pics] either you have to pick/crop preview thumbs by yourself

ok another question then, do webmasters actually bother submitting their posts to it? like going through the trouble of getting the thumb then all the other shit?

The best way to start up one of these is to get XPs script. I just got it and can seriously tell you its the best. Its automatic, never worry about your galleries again. I have 90 new thumbs everyday on my thumbnail preview post.
