Info About Turn-Key sites

I'd like to have feedbacks from you guys about turn-key sites.
I'm willing to design and sell Turn Key sites but i need some details first.

Would you ever think about buying a turn-key sites? And for how much would you pay for it?

Let's say= 1 splash + 3 tour pages + 1 template + 10 banners + members area with about 15 galleries of models

Your best bet would be to surf your competition and see what they are offering, and what they are charging. That will give you the best starting point.

Have a look at some of the other designers sites out there that are doing similar work. Prices vary from a few hundred to a few thousand. My only suggestion would be to spend more time on the members area than most designers do. I have bought a few turnkey paysites that were absolutely beautiful but the members area was ugly as hell.

One last suggestion, don't include galleries. That's the paysite owners problem. Chances are they already have more content than they know what to do with and 15 galleries in a paysite members area isn't even a drop in the bucket.
