Adult Friendfinder not paying?

We are owed payment for both April and May.

They made a change at the end of May to their per click program that dropped our total owed for the two prior months from $6000 to $2000.

At this stage, it does not even look like they will pay the $2000. We've called over 30 times, and sent many emails with no response.

I even spoke to the CEO of the company, Andrew, and he promised someone would call me back within 10 minutes. He said everything was ok with the account, and someone in billing must have messed up. I have been using them for 2 years and they have never not paid me, once they bounced a check to me but when I called it was a simple little error and they fixed it within minutes and said that if it cost me anything they would cover it.......... so I don't think they are trying to screw you over at all.

They are very difficult to reach on the phone because when you call you don't go straight to the webmaster tech support........ try calling them back and speaking directly with Craig.... did you talk to him? He is a really nice guy.

I once had a problem with them - a $6000+ problem. They finally (after spending over 1 hr on the phone to them in total and countless emails) paid me. They never ever have said 1 thing and done another.

I still use them, and I think they are great - the problem (without going into too much detail) was partly my fault sort of, and they changed their TOS as a result of our little "dispute".

Their stats lately have been all over the place - it looks like they have (finally) got some people working on their stats area. It's getting better.

Inde your not the only one, they also owe me for May. These guys have the worst tech support, I emailed them a bunch of times asking where my checks are, and I have yet to get a reply. They are not on the ball, they change the program and stats page like 5 times since I have been using them. They prob have to do tons of changes due to all these tgps using them, but regardless if the traffic is shit, pay your webmasters, and answer your emails.
