Hi all,

this is my first thread here... ;-)

I live and work in Spain and also serve XXXsites to spanish users.

The problem is that I didn't speak & read spanish very well. So I ask here in this board what's goin on with the new spanish law LSSI - and the consequences it has to the spanish webmasters.

So, spanish webmasters.. vamos - hope 4 answers.

When does it become effective and what is its content?

an imprint ?
all your pics licensed ?
do you need a lawyer ?
do you have to protect your site with any AVS or is a disclaimer like "I'm over ... I'm not over" enough ?

well ... and so on ???

yes it seems to close spain as free-internet-country... fuck PP!
