I noticed that CCBill have banned countries so webmasters from those countires can't join refferal program!

If I setup paysite with you is it possible to enable that option and to alow webmasters from banned counties to join to my program?

Not as a blanket option, no.

We'll consider it on a case by case basis but you will ultimately be responsible for the referrers -- the acct will be watched closely for fraud and if there's a problem we'll shut it down right away.

I don't have any issues with letting you try it with some resellers from banned countries but if you only have resellers from those countries then I'd probably have to say no.

No I'm not planing to have all refferers from those countries, I only want to alow people from there to join since I'm also from banned country.

Why did ccbill ban them and Ibill still accept refferers from all countries?
