with vidsvidsvids, besides the fact that they add ads to your galleries, and limit file size to 300k, when you try to sign up, you get this message:

We are not gonna take any new sign ups for a little bit.
We are moving to a faster network.
Existing sites will stay online at all times so don't worry.
We are not gonna steal your traffic.
You simply cannot make changes or creat new accounts until we get settled in our new home.

Then with freemoviegalleries, besides the 350k file size limit, they say, WE DON'T ACCEPT NEW MEMBERS RIGHT NOW, SORRY!

I allow movies and pics. its strictly for porn and nothing else. NOTHING is throttled, and I wont delete your page unless you are whoring me for bandwidth (i.e long lists of files on a page, or hotlinking the movies , the usual shit that gets you deleted =) )
