VCD Cutter Help

i don't understand how does this program works
i start it , load the movie than choose the divide mpgs to small parts, i choose for example 3 parts and than it cuts it 3*6 sec even if the movie was 2 hours long
nevermind how much I type in i will have X*6sec movies....
any idea what to do?
any idea what to choose in the option menu?

that's one way to cut them.

A more effective way is to go to the middle menu bar, that begins with play, pause, etc.

the last 4 buttons have an arrow that points up, then one that points downward.

You can specify where to start cutting the movie by pressing the up button, and then stop it by pressing the down button.

The hit the button with the 'A' on it, then hit the camcorder button to save.

I'm not sure why the way you're doing it isn't working, but try the other way instead, you'll be more precise on how to extract the clips.

As for screen shots, I suggest you don't use vcd cutter, cause it comes out all blurry.
