Help With Traffic!

Hi,
Does anyone have any advise on how to increase webmaster traffic? We would be interested in either buying or trading for quality traffic. We will also be looking for traffic for our first paid sites.

www.naughtymail.com (http://www.naughtymail.com) has a great opt-in webmaster list you can mail to.

also try http://www.banneroverdrive.com/ which is a webmaster program banner exchange program.

Ask webmasters to set up your banner/link on their webmaster pages (trade/submission pages) in exchange for a small free picture set.

though just a dead directory. What's up with that Vit? Doesn't inspire a lot confidence in the traffic you're going to send.
