Hi there
I just want to ask what the flat rate is. I thought it was that you're get paid that amount for EVERY single minute you generate, no regardless of the country it comes from.
And are talks like "Well, those 200 minutes came from China, I get $.03 per minute from those calls, so I pay webmasters $.02." to the point here?

Flat rate is the same amount of money for a certain number of countries. It can be flat rate @ 38 cents/min for 20 countries, or 15 or 10 ... and others countries are nearly unpaid.
Then you have Rate sheets, which give different payouts for each countries, but usually UK, and USA are paid out the same @ 40 cents etc...
