Ok now that does it.

Every time I get some of my sites to 50k, it's server downtime time. Guaranteed. Happens 4th time I think. With any script. RB4 + MY site 50k = downtime. UCJ 50k MY site - downtime. Traffic drive. BAD LUCK! :(

So now I'm looking for reliable, PAY PER USE host. With reliable support. (Or at least give me the access to restart apache and restart mysql :D )
After considering, this month I don't have money to go dedicated, or else I would be off with datahosters.

So, any hosts?

We also have lots of other deals, and our price pr gig is down to $0.33:

100% uptime? How is that possible? really, though, it's only possible if you round off to a certain number of decimal places, which means it isn't correct, since the difference from 99.5 to 99.7 to 99.999% uptime is the difference from 2 days/year downtime to 1 day/year downtime to 5 minutes/year downtime.

Anyway, my suggestion is go with reliability. Reliabiliy is SO important. You could be at 100k now if you hadn't kept going down.

I am with rackspace.com. The good AND the bad:
- 99.999% garaunteed uptime. I have had no downtime with them ever except for a hardware upgrade that took 15 minutes in the middle of one night that I asked for.
- 24/7/365 support, online support, toll-free number. if you submit an online ticket and they think you need more help, they'll call you out of the blue. seriously. it has happened more than once.
- bandwidth is expensive (at industry standards, which other places probably have it cheaper). this is hardly a concern. i'd much rather pay more for a site that's always online than pay a cheaper price for something that goes down all the time (or even for one that goes down for even an hour every few months). Reliability is SO important.
- I can get you $500 USD off if you go with them and stay with them for 6 months. ICQ me and we can talk.

You mentioned datahosters (http://www.datahosters.com) but why not one of their virtual hosting plans? 300gb per month for $99, not a bad deal. I also have a dedicated server at Blue Gravity (http://www.bluegravity.com). A little more expensive then what's out there, but I been with them since '97, and they are very dependable. In 5 years there has been only one time I needed service after hours, and that was a few weeks ago. My livlihood is at stake, and its been stable at bluegravity for the past 5 years. I am too much of a pussy to move all my domains to someone else, to try to save a few bucks, and take a chance with them, when all has been good at blue gravity.

But yea, you do need a more stable host. Good luck, there are quite a good choices out there.

99.9999% is possible, but 100% isn't. Okay ...

$99.95 is a discount, $99.99 isn't.

Bah!
