I'm by no means a legal expert, but I know enough about copyright infringement laws and such to say this:

As long as that site is not a direct copy of TH's code, but rather just designed and coded to look like TH, then there is NOTHING he can do about it(he, meaning the big boy.)

You just can't copyright a color scheme/layout like that, only code you've written yourself, images you've designed yourself, photos you've taken yourself, etc etc..

There is no problem with your site Apples. There are many others that look identical to the hun. Any difference is a difference and that is all that counts isn't it :-)

Apples, maybe look into getting a top refferers script and set up a top10/50 reffering sites list on the top of the site. Set up trades. Post galleries at the big guys with your TGP's button on the gallery.. Any # of things you can do to get those extra hits.
