Deny from in htaccess?

i dont want to be the one asking stupid questions but what can be done with the list?

just put in htacces file and deny from each proxy ip or what other options?

if i did put the list in a htaccess file and blocked them from my server would i be blocking real surfers as well, or not many people use them other than for cheating?

whatever you do, don't go putting all IP's from these lists in your htaccess ...

These lists are just being used with UCJ to see if a trade sends alot more proxy hits than normal...
