Virtual Dub

Anyone know how I would go upon cutting a 28 mb file into 400 kb segments using virtual dub?

I read some of the help section but couldn't find anything on that.
Instructions will be greatly appraciated :nod:

there are easier programs out there to use
I know a friend that uses IfilmEdit
