HEllo Guys
sorry for this little spam but what can you expect from content provider?
Do you think that price is the most important?I run my site just 7 weeks and now I am thinking about reducing my prices about 30% off.Do you think it could help to rise up the sells?
I have already asked about the same guys on GFY and was told that prices are good so I don't know.I have about 200-400 visits per day but last 2 weeks just a couple of sells.Quality is premium I am sure about that.
Also do you think its better to shoot hardcore or softcore is more wanted?

Well some suggestions

1. I think your prices are okay
2. Promote your content in threads when someone is looking for content
3. Make some deals with "big" webmasters using your content
4. submit your sites on Xbiz sites(or similiar sites)
5. make your signature clickable
6. send your hoes to my house

point 6 is no problem.
I have spent some money on advertising but will be up during next month.
What I don't know is how to contact some big players.....that looks like a problem cause I am completaly unknown this time

some more outdoor sets would be nice.
I know its winter now but it'd probably be a good idea to start in april or whenever its hot enough in CZ ;)

prices are good and IMHO discounts are always a big PRO...
reducing the prices will bring you more sales but also less profit, I'm everything but a sales guru so I better not comment on it :)

1 or 2 more sample pics per set would give me a better idea of the quality though, perhaps mix close-ups and normal shots. 2 samples, 1 close-up and 1 full would be great. if you're afraid of people stealing your stuff just spray your URL all over the samples like other content providers do.

oh and network, network, network... its never a bad idea to check the major boards to show you're still alive as well. use the spam / announcement boards!

I would sugest more video content quality video content is much harder to come by then pic content so there is less competition is that area.

SPAM IS bad, but most boards have a spam area, when you can promote what you want

I think your content is very good, and your prices are also good, Just make sure when someone buys something and they want to download it, try to do it instanty... i hate waiting even 24 hours...

You've got great content! I would not change anything about pricing, it is also very good. Just try to promote yourself more. That content giveaway was amazing, i thought it woudl get you sales.

Now there are some fanatics who will disagree with me, but there is a difference between scanning the boards and offering your services in a thread about content and posting something like "after you (find that host/buy your script) you should buy my shit."

The first is being a responsible businessperson; the second is spamming. Establish a presence on the boards, run some specials and maybes some contests, and just keep plugging away.

Oh, yeah ... and advertise on All of Em. :D

Make one special package with several sets and a lot of pictures for a low price, put good content in it. A lot of bargain hunting webmasters will buy it. Once they have bought your content and like it they'll come back for more (normal priced) sets.

Make movies with corresponding picture sets.

More preview pics, at least one sample with the face of the model, one with her body and one action shot. Make the pics useles with your URL somewere in the middle of the pic.

aren't you? If not, your site and content looks very similar to the
guy who did.

I like the content though, but I agree about having some outdoor
shots, or "pool" shots...something out of the bedroom!

I've looked over your content, a lot of it is very good.
If I was in the market I'd probably buy some.

Here's a tip though:

Get rid of that "special price" bullshit, and just decide on a standard price. It makes it look like one of those "buy now and get a second set free" - it's not very professional.

content is nice, but I'd say your pricing is pretty inconsistent - sets looking very similar are priced totally different, you should set some constant price/pic for hardcore sets and another for softcore sets. Smaller sets can be relatively more expensive but not totally out of frame.
For example you're offering 61 group pics in Set4 for $35 and then 176 HC group pics in set110 for $39 etc...

And also get rid of that "special discounts" unless you mean it real, buying 5 sets must be already enough for getting some discount, this business is tough.

Also look at your competitors sites like phoenixcontent or paulmarkham to get more ideas

Yeah I hope so - next week we will add 5 new videos and total we have about 150-200 scene to add.And we still makes newe scene because we are porno movie makers soI have a big plans with videos

Lots of content providers are partnering with http://www.contentlotto.com maybe try them. Also submit your site to some webmaster resources. just my $0.02

I know this is a problem little bit cause paypal doesn't accept people from CZech rep. so I must wait for confirmation from CCprocessor and they send it out twice a day...ussually within 18-20 hours.Do you know about some way to reach paypal account?

One more thing though, and it's not meant as an insult. If you intend to stay in the adult business on a long term basis I'd strongly reccommend that you improve your written English. Personally, I sometimes find it a little awkward when the person I'm trying to deal with can't understand me properly (or vice versa). Again, it's not meant as an insult :)

Nice content, good prices, if you want to promote the site, get in touch with some bigger TGP websites and offer the webmaster 1-2 sets a month for free to have a button/banner on his gallery submission page ...

I wouldn't reduce your pricing at all. The quality is definately there. If anything you may be underpriced.

Im willing to bet alot of the slump you're seeing is because of the Visa regulations. Most people are still weary about making any purchases until the have everything settled.
