Its more than a week Jacks servers are down..
And I dont believe that they will come back online one day.Also the money that we have earned for last period hadnt arrive yet.
I believe that Jack ownes alot of money
to many other webmasters as well.In this case we should cooperate in order to receive it.We also know that Jack worked with CE well known as a honest company in the bizz.

What you all think about it?Do you think CE may be responsible for payment delays?

Well i havent been able to find jack on icq even tho he used to be online all the time i have heard rumors that CE stoped buying traffic from him but they are just rumors i have nothing to back it up with but if they did i would not be suprised if we never hear from jack http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif I am hoping that i am wrong because im owed $$ also. Too many craps like that happened lately , first gib screwed everyone , now an exit sponsor that decided to take all cash with him to his disapearance .
Makes me wonder about this whole biz that can't be stable .

I was doing 5 times more cash with less traffic before gib went down .
and i dont want to think how this is going to continue

I don't think a regulatory body would be practical or effective. There are other things that can be done.

This action by Jack does not surprise me. Anybody who has seen any of my past comments on Bimbocash knows my feelings all too well. But this is not just about Jack but all sponsors that we have been warned about time and time again.

There are long time well respected people on this board that have accussed a variety of sponsors of being less than scrupulous on a number of occassions. Sponsors behaving in less than a professional manner. For example, not responding to you merely because they believe you have cheated without any possibility for you to state your case. Jack was well known for that and it has been documented on this board numerous times. Now he has gone into complete hiding.

When sponsors don't treat you like a 'customer'. The way you expect to be treated, don't use them. Because when the shit hits the fan they will do the wrong thing by you without fail.

Where there is smoke there is fire, and if a sponsor behaves in a less than business like manner then WATCH OUT. We have all seen the antics of those wankers from Mojo Search. That in itself should be a big warning sign.

So read this board carefully. Check out the sponsors and their behaviour. If their manner is less than professional. DONT USE THEM. For every sponsor that is bagged on this board there is another sponsor that is never mentioned. GO USE THEM.

And lets start posting good things about good sponsors and start supporting them so they will be there for us in the long term.

Just think a little. This is not rocket science.

If you looked a little closer to Mojosearch and their past programs, you would have found that they have an excellent track record.

Honest webmasters have always been payed including yours truly and to be realy honest Mojosearch is one of the few sponsors I KNOW I can trust.

I'm not out here to start a pissing match, I even agree with your statement up to a point, but the mojosearch comment is dead wrong.

Think about it, you run a sponsor program, find some assholes cheating your program, what do you expect them to do? send out a nice email saying:

"We're sorry but we caught you breaking our rules, so we have closed your account.

Feel free to sign up again and try to rip us off again.

Come on! not only would a company loose face over crap like that, it would send out a message that it's ok to cheat and not read the TOS.

Webmasters that made an honest mistake can send an email and I KNOW they will get a reply from the Mojo staff, but it gotta be a professional email, not one like:

"Hey dudes where's my cheque?

If you don't pay me soon I'll pull your ads!"

Those ones don't even the deserve the time it takes to read em IMHO.

But if you send out an email inquiring and stating your case why you feel you're entitled to your cheque you can be 100% sure that Mojosearch will reply in a professional manner and in 99% of all cases I have seen it was solved if an honest mistake was the cause.
The best sponsors I use now are

Mojosearch
Stiffycash
For AVS Freenetpass and for my exit traffic Junkexit.

I'm sure there are lots of other great and honest sponsors out there, but the above ones I use and know the owners and know 100% those are stand up guys that won't screw you over if you don't try to screw them.

i remember that last mojosearch thing. something more came up about that, on the porncity board.

it turned out the webmaster had signed up for a second account (he acknowledged this) even though he KNEW the terms said not to. he said it would be okay, because he was working in two different partnerships. he never asked or told mojo - just broke the rule.

and then screamed and yelled when he didn't get paid.

i just don't get this.

I used the raw like sushi program from the guy who runs the mojosearch program. everything was cool until I saw my stats decrease. when I complained they stopped responding to my emails and I never got a check for my last $15.00 or so. That really pissed me off, thats a shit thing to do to a new player in the game. The money is insignificant, its just the principle.

Reason it took so long is that they have been working on restoring all the old data about traffic send etc.

Hey Due no offense but stop bullshitting people the reason Jack shut the servers down or what ever he did to stop the program is because he lost his contract with CyberErotica along with Steve Goldman. He has been begging them to get the contract back and the Might with certain restrictions.

Don't lie to people I know the truth will come out and people are not stupid.

Just wondering are you going to pay your customers out of your pocket for all the time they had your links up while you were snow boarding? I am sure they lost quite a bit of money.

I would buy Due's story if at least i would get the payment for my own traffic , and for many of my webmasters who send traffic to our shared site exitstop .

He lost his contract , and decided to sink the ship with all the treasure .
