How to increase traffic??

Hello All,
I'm the webmaster at titman.net and was wondering if anybody could suggest how I could build traffic? I bought the UCJ script and wanted to trade traffic with sites that don't have any misleading thumbs,enter or exit councols. It seems all the sites that have signed up to trade traffic have them. well there are a great # of TGP sites that use traffic trdaing scripts. They are usually cleaner than the CJ2 sites (no blind thumbs and such) It's just a matter of finding them. Once you find a good clean TGP that uses a traffic trading script, go through his top-refferers. I found these types of sites on the SexTracker listings.
