Min Hourly Trade

if I were to put a value of say 10.
Does it only send a minimum of 10 hits an hour or
does it mean to send the trade no less than 10 an hour?

If you put a min of 10 it will try and force 10 per hour to that trade. Although if the sites prod is low and you are unable to send that 10 per hour it might not.

Basically, min is the hourly force on the trade.
