Hi everybody.

I need your helps about joining TOPCASH...

I am from turkey, and i want to use their pay per signup program. And i read terms page. Then i saw my country was in the banned list... But they say that if any webmaster's country banned by him, send us your link then join our program....

And i send an email them for sending my link, then i couldn't get any confirmation mail for using them... i totally sent 3 mails them. But they didn't answer...Anybody can help me about my problem?

Sometimes they take a few days to answer your emails. Give them a few days and if you still here nothing contact them again.
