as far as I know Globill-systems.com doesn't have any setup fees

acpay.com is owned by adultcheck and they don't have a fee.

I can really recommend Glo-bill.

Some of our clients use them and they always been top notch.

Do you know of any that support affiliate programs? (like ccbill and ibill do). Also, are there any that come with the software that allows for the paysite setup?
