They're cheap and the uptime is excellent. But their support and handling of customer relations is not the best in my opinion.

im moving from them, cause they always over charge.....

eg, they moved me upto the 150gig plan, but when i used just 80 gig, they still charged me for 150gig.

Hmmm...not encouraging. Support is not too worrying as long as downtime is low, the reset gets pressed quick if required and speed is good. Only heard bad about them so far though so I'll give them a miss.
