If I understand your question correctly, then you should look at Wegcash (http://www.wegcash.com/?wm=evildick)

You can earn from 85 cents up to $1.50 per email. You can put their remote sign up boxes right on your site. They seem to work the best for me.

Do they work better than most other email programs... i have never used wegcash before...

Well the only one I can compare it with is Freeezinebucks. FEB doesn't allow everyone to use remote sign up boxes, which is where I make the most money with Wegcash.

I earn a consistent equivalent of 15 cents per click or slightly higher with Wegcash, with about a 1 in 6 ratio. I don't use any of their premade promotional materials, just make my own plain sign up boxes with big text and text links, and the odd full page ad.

With FEB I am closer to 1 in 100 ratio, but I hardly promote them as much.

FEB will work better if you have specific niche sites to use their ads on.
