ARS has free hosting without banners but you have to promote ARS only there. Directnic has free hosting with "buy a $15 domain" banners only (no adult banners so traffic won´t be sucked up), one at the top, one at the bottom. You have to get at least one domain at directnic first. Then you´ll additionally be able to open several accounts such as chooseaname.adult.directnic.com

Opposed to the pages on yourdomain.com the accounts chooseaname.adult.directnic.com WILL have adult banners.

Only problem with the "buy-$15-domain"-banners on your free hosting account could be that quite a couple of tgp´s seem to believ that your account will be deleted and therefore won´t list you (because it isn´t a adult free host so they think) while directnic actually allows adult stuff.
