hey, just found this:

"On June 27th, 2000, Adult Check filed a lawsuit against AgeCheck alleging trademark infringement, false designation of origin, false or misleading description or misrepresentation of fact, federal unfair competition, federal dilution, State law dilution, State unfair competition, State false and misleading statements and cybersquatting.

The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Case was entitled Cybernet Ventures Inc. vs. Tri-Tech Internet Services, Inc., et al, Case No. CV00-6967 ABC (CWx).

Adult Check also filed a Motion For Preliminary and Permanent Injunction against AgeCheck.

In November of 2000, the lawsuit was settled by agreement. The terms of the settlement agreement are strictly confidential.

AgeCheck agreed and has begun to change its name to CyberAge.

A joint press release is expected to be announced soon.
