Damn SPAM

I'm getting about 15 a day at the moment (which I know isn't really that many) but it's annoying the crap out of me!

I have about 8 domains forwarding to the one account, and probably about 120 email addresses attatched to those 8 domains. My problem is that in order to 'remove' myself from the mailing list I have to enter my email, and because it's hidden in the 'to' field I'm unable to do this.

How do you enable advanced headers in MS outlook express?
