Hi all, pls if you had any problem with IBILL, describe it. I am dealing with them for a wile, they aren't perfect-making mistakes or down sometime... It takes a yell to keep them fixing things once in a wile. Does any one feel being underpayed by them? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" />
I haven't had a problem with IBill, but I've had better experience with CCBill.
It took IBill a week to set up my account, when CCBill did it the SAME DAY!
IBill has a $50 minimum payment. CCBill doesn't have a minimum payment I don't think coz I received a $15 check this week.

i've never seen a lot of actual downtime... i have seen that they have stats database problems... but they also have great rebills and they always pay.
they had my new site up and running in less than 48 hours after we faxed them the agreement, same as ccbill.
ibill does have less information in their stats than ccbill does.
ibill pays like clockwork for us. all in all, even with the stats downtime, they're a good processor.
no processor is perfect... just use the one that works the best for you.

Yes I have heard good things about ibill..
I am switching to them this week actually because globill just doesn't have what i am looking for...
Ibill and Epoch are aparently the best, but Epoch doesn't scrub as hard against fraud..
personally I think Ibill is the perfect medium as they still get more signups/rebills than most CC processors and the scrub a good amount so I don't have to worry about chargebacks as much
