catching open proxy cheats - list of proxy IPs?

Does anyone know where I can get a list of open proxies (preferably in IP only form) that I can apply against my logs?<br /><br />Or know of a 'query only' service (like RBL) that will answer good/bad to each IP address I feed it?<br /><br />Cheers.

As the matter of fact I'm working on a list of anon proxies. All ePower Trader users will get access to this list. It will be updated weekly with new ips.
