i would take it for $8k max.,but i'm sure you find someone who offers$10-12k...maybe $15k.<br /><br />maybe you would get more,it all depends on your selling-skills;-)

How many hits a site gets has IMO no bearing on what it is worth. What matters to me is what the site makes. Bottom line. If a site makes 5k a month then it would be worth about 30k to me but hey thats me =))
