Try Shane (http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=91). I know he has a setup with about 100-200k optin users and doesn't charge all that much to do it. Few rules on what you can advertise, but quite cheap if ya ask me. :)
