somebody sent me over 11000 proxy hits yesterday and i though it might be of interest to anyone in my niche. i have all his information, but im not sure how much or what im allowed to post here. anyways my foxcounter said he sent 11000 and my traffic drive said he sent 32. what a cheating fuck. traffic drive saved my ass though i could be down to 0 traffic right now. i'd have to say looking at the numbers im positive hes cheating. so please let me know what im allowed to post and i will leave it at that.
( maybe ill even put it in the cheater section too):)

I doubt anyone trying to cheat would send that many proxies in a day... were they all the same IP? Most likely it was a file leech that got through to his trades...

the thing is they dont register in traffic drive only on foxcounter do they even show.
and what do you mean by a file leach i dont know that term

its dead on the money for every other one of my trades. thats what made me notice it. im not trying to be argumentitive, but i truly think hes up to something thats just not kosher.:)

foxcounter doesnt specify. and traffic drive didnt pick em up

in my traffic drive log for the hits that did come through to my site there is only one ip address

It doesn't even pick them up in your nourl? It could be a lot of things... if you host galleries, it could be a broken thumb, or recip... it could be someone hotlinking/img srcing you... it could be a file leech/site grabber.... hit me up on ICQ and let me know who this guy is, and maybe I know him...

I'm not sure if I understand this thread. If somebody is cheating you, wouldn't he try to cheat your script? I mean, the script is sending the hits out, and not a third stats counter, isn't it?
