I've just been looking at a gallery on a freehosted site. There are 34 pages with 25 picture links on each page. Pics are good - up to 1024 resolution, but there is no promotion or advertising anywhere. No popups or 404s either. So who is paying for the bandwidth and why?

How are we going to sell memberships against this sort of site?

How can I make money if I create these galleries?

I had a look at free host empire and they seem to be giving everything away as well until next year. Is it worth trying them?

I'm not putting any no banner galleries up there though as I could do with the money at the moment :D

Some tgp webmasters make those galleries. They hope to get more bookmarkers..

I understand that Andre.
I've done that to try to get surfers back to my home page. When you get back to my page though I've got links to everything I can think of to try to make some money. With this gallery you can't go anywhere, so there is no advantage to it being bookmarked.
A few minutes ago I wondered if it was the hosting Co. that did it to try to pick up business, that the only thing that would make sense, but it's a bit of a long shot, and they could have got the same result with a few aff. links on there.

As far as I can see , this freehost doesn't give away free content.

The pictures are labeled with a copyrigt for amkingdom.com - did you contact them?

How did you get this galleries?

The site is nothing to do with me. I found it while I was looking for a couple of free hosts. If it was mine, I'd try to make some money off it.
