I frequently find them under bridges and in alleys living in cardboard boxes. Just offer them a shower and a cheeseburger for a day's work, then slowly ramp up their pay to around $1 an hour. Once they're making that much, they start to get greedy, and they'll probably try to start a company or get a job elsewhere, so be prepared to bring new recruits in every month or so. Don't listen to any of their advice, they'll just tell you some stupid shit like "it's all about traffic and flashy front ends! Don't worry about making money, as long as you have traffic and huge graphical interfaces, you're golden!"<br /> I have a friend who made the mistake of taking their advice... he now lives in a lovely two-bedroom/bath in the corner, converted refrigerator box.
