Can a hit bot be made to send back traffic when only when traffic is sent to it?

Almost like a trading script... except it returns hitbot traffic (the kind that a proxydetector cant detect)

Ok, Ive got this trade I thought was hitbotting me... I killed the trade, and my other sites started to grow again.

I thought I would do some experimenting... so I started sending to this site again... Im getting really good productive traffic traffic from this site, but now my other trades are dying again.
