I've been looking at aWiz (http://awizsoft.com/direct/) and am wondering if anyone here has any experience using this or any other similar programs. I'm not a big fan of using software that I haven't had a chance to use before buying...but this looks like a good solution to fit my needs. Are there any other solutions or do most people use a custom setup?

Thanks.

Hi Nyonic

The Paysite Management Software look fine but I have never tested it. Im a Wee Jerk thats why ;)
It seams great and has all the features that are needed, but as allways "you get what you pay". It´s realy cheap and you can have any number of domains on it. :D
Im sorry I can´t help you with the real question. ;)

Liviu P.

Ps. If you get it please tell us what you think about it. :D

OK, so I've been lurking around here because I hate to register and give out my email address - Spam, Spam, Spam.

I’ve known some of the people at aWiz for about 18 months and they’ve always been good business partners so when I decided to create my own pay sites (I’d always done Premium AVS sites before) I thought I’d look at aWiz. I’m glad that I did.

It’s only been a few months but I can’t imagine a much better application for my needs. It’s easy to use and configure. It works as advertised. It saves me a bunch of time.

I’m not going to tell you it’s perfect in every way because what is? I do think it’s a great value and it’s working for me.

I offer daily updates on my pay sites and I’ve done updates mostly once a week. Last week I wanted to do 2 months worth of updates so I don’t have to worry about it until after the holidays and Vegas and I timed it to see how long it would take.

Well, since I started with raw images that needed to be compressed, resized and what not and it was more then a gig to upload to my server it took about 8 hours for 2 months worth of updates. Actually the upload took almost 6 hours and ThumbPlus took about an hour to process the images and create the thumbs but it took me about an hour to create the icons for each photo set and add them to the aWiz database.

Basically 8 hours of computer time and 1 hour of my time for 2 months worth of daily updates. You figure it out and decide what your time is worth. Personally I think aWiz is currently one of the best values on software available in this business.

Feel free to check out http://hungarianhoneys.com and send me an email. I like the folks at aWiz but that's because I have some great software for a great price. Would I like them if the software sucked? :D
