I have been to vegas 3 times, and I love vegas. I want to buy a place near the very south strip near the MGM. I would be fine living 5-7 minutes away from that. Does anyone know any good areas that I can look for online of townhouse or condo developments that are a nice crime-free area, and have nice views and amenities for the money. I am just looking for a small place for the winter 600-1200 square feet. About $75,000 or less.
