Gotta love people like you. Bashing on boards with three words sentence which seems to be 100 per cent bullshit.
There are always two sides to a story, payment over due, KP, spam, stolen content? Look forward to reading the other part.

I am not going to get into real deep detail about what is going on. It has nothing to do with the issue a few months back regarding celeb content.

Our colo provider was cut off by their upstream for reasons we are not yet totally clear on. We had ZERO notice and are working on a resolution. It is not a matter of just buying a new server somewhere, we have 35 servers to move, and have had nothing but disappointments. We were all set to move into a new data center and the deal fell through at the last minute. We have been in talks with AI http://www.ai.net about getting some servers up to try and save what customers we have left. Again, no company is prepared to setup 30 or 40 server for you at the drop of a hat. The biggest part of the issue is that people can not get their data. I understand this is frustrating as hell, and we plan to get you your data whether you are staying or not. We believe it is the moral thing to do.

We have come close to throwing in the towel, but are trying to stay sane and get back up one why or another. I understand this will be a mighty bruise on the hosthead.com name, and we are taking legal action against our prior colo.

I want to make clear that we have been down 10 days, not 3 weeks, not like it makes much difference, but for some little child like SAE to come in here and make that comment is just pathetic, and don't think I don't know who you are. If you think making comments like this will help you, it has done nothing but put you on the bottom of our list to get your site up, or data back.

We have offered all customers a full month of hosting free, and compensation for lost revenue if we are to win our lawsuit. I am not sure what else we can do. 80% of our customers are going to stay with us, because they believe we offer great service and we are more then willing to bend over backwards for them.

So that is the story, as of now we are working with a tier 1 and will colo with them. We feel this would eliminate the possibility of us ever having a situation like this occur again.

We would like to thank all of our customers that have been supportive of this total nightmare, and for those who act like children, I understand your anger but slamming us does nothing to help you. We are losing money just like you, we are trying desperately to get back up.

Regards,
TwinTone
